Major Events:

The first stage of chapter planning for the first semester is to plan out the dates and topics of major events. In the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year Attached HSFSA Chapters are required to conduct (please let us know if you would like to host more):

  • 2 Guest Speaker events 
  • 5 Diplomacy Matters Presentations in different clubs

If you can not give a specific date, please specify a day in the vicinity of the period when you would like to hold the event.
Please paste your preferred topic from HSFSA.ORG/TOPICS or propose one of your own. If your chapter is a new one, then the topic of your first guest speaker is automatically Diplomacy and the Foreign Service.

Internal Events:
Alongside major events, Attached HSFSA chapters should conduct internal events among its members during meetings. These events include debates, discussions, Mini-MUN committees, and speeches.

The number of internal events can vary based on the event frequency of the parent club and the relevance of different HSFSA events to its activities.
